If I had to guess, I would guess we'd get either the Puerto Rico case -- whether the members of Puerto Rico's Financial Oversight and Management Board are officers of the United States, who must be nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate -- or one of the several cases involving Kansas: Kahler v. Kansas (insanity defense), Kansas v. Glover (Fourth Amendment), or Kansas v. Garcia (identity theft and preemption).

It's a fairly busy day at the Court, as we get ready for the oral argument in the challenge to the leadership structure of the CFPB. Still a lot of opinions outstanding with big interest. A lot of people have asked about the DACA decision: it's just impossible to say. They may want to get the opinion out early, but it will probably be closely divided and so may not come until late June. Last term, Gundy v. US (5-3) was argued in October and not decided until June 20: an 8 month, 18 day wait.
