The one thing to keep in mind is that there are not a lot of lower-profile cases left, and even fewer from before the May sitting. So we don't know what we are going to get, but the odds are getting increasingly high that we will get something high-profile.
And I say "lower-profile" because every case is interesting and important to the people who are involved and to that legal community. (And, frequently and although not always, to reporters!)

While we wait for the next one, Justice Gorsuch succeeded Justice Scalia, who wrote years ago that Title VII applied to a same-sex sexual harassment suit.
